The Calgary RV Expo & Sale is the largest gathering of outdoor enthusiasts in Alberta, and a membership with the RVDA grants you access to these people and information about this important group that will help you understand and market to them better.

Vendor set-up hours: Wednesday 8am – 5pm and Thursday 8am – 10am
Show hours: Thursday 12pm – 9pm, Friday and Saturday 10am – 9pm, Sunday 10am – 5pm
Complete takedown by 11:59pm Sunday
As one of our vendors, you are expected to:
- Keep your booth staffed for the duration of your event
- Stay the entirety of the event
- Promote our ads
- Mention your participation through your communications channels to your audiences
